There are two main items or components that are required for your First Aid skill and those are Bandages or Anti-venoms. When you get started, you will get rudimentary bandages but first thing you do is that you need to find anti-venom or complete quests to get that particular item. You will find many different types of anti-venom which are very helpful for each different situations.
Now you really want to get First Aid skill? Here it is going to begin with, visit the trainers that are available in large cities to obtain your Apprenticeship. At low level, you will be granted normal bandages and later on once your level ranked up your bandages, it will improve and become better. You are now starting your apprenticeship and first thing to do is to purchase the Expert First Aid – Under Wraps item. For the Alliance race, you can find it at the Arathi Highlands and for Horde Alliance is at the Dustwallow Marsh. Your ultimate goal for the first-aid skill would be to achieve level 375. So when you bought the Expert First-aid, you’ll have the ability to gain levels to 150. From this point, you are well on your way. Achieve level 375 with patience.
If you reached level 225 now, you will need to achieve the Triage Quest which will help you level up to 300. Take note that when you reach 240, you can go back to your trainer to learn advanced bandage wrapping to level up your skill.
Anti-venom are available as you move on to your skill. You will get the first anti-venom out of your trainer when you achieve level 80 that can cost you 1 silver and 50 coppers, based on where you’ll get it. After level 30, buy the strong anti-venom that will cost a couple of silvers and 50 coppers.
